Viresh is responsible for leading the growth agenda across Alexforbes by amplifying its connection with institutional clients, individual customers and society. His primary areas of responsibility include leadership of the Alexforbes individualisation capability, digital transformation, customer experience, strategic marketing and brand ownership, stakeholder management and group strategy.

He has 18 years of experience in the South African financial services sector with the majority of his career spent within the employee benefits arena. He is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary and has obtained an MBA from UCT with distinction.
