Managing Executive: Client Experience, Sanlam Corporate

A GIBS MBA graduate with a Physics and Mathematics undergrad, Lorraine was appointed in May 2023 as the Managing Executive for Client Experience at Sanlam Corporate. She joined Sanlam Corporate Investments in 2020 as Business Development Manager where she was responsible for client strategies across the product suite. She has a wealth of local and international experience in investment banking and investment consulting throughout her 17-year career. In her role Lorraine Mekwa leads the design and delivery of consistent, easy and intuitive services by bringing the businesses client experience strategy to life. She delivers on her client experience mandate through the marketing, communications, member led outcomes and research functions.
