Bastian Teichgreeber

Bastian Teichgreeber is the Chief Investment Officer at Prescient Investment Management. He holds a BA (Honours) in Banking and Financial Management from Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education in Germany and a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Liechtenstein.

Bastian joined Prescient in August 2015 as a Portfolio Manager, where he demonstrated strong expertise in managing multi-asset strategies. His leadership and performance led to successive promotions—first to Head of Asset Allocation in 2018, then to Head of Investment Research in 2019. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Investment Officer, a role in which he now leads the firm’s overall investment strategy.

Bastian has played a pivotal role in developing actively managed strategies across asset classes, with particular strength in in the meticulous management of optimal fixed-income allocations within multi-asset class funds. His strategic insight and disciplined approach continue to drive Prescient’s investment success.
